New features specifically for the open source community: Maintainers can now minimize off-topic/outdated comments, we now retire the namespaces of popular repositories when the maintainer deletes or renames their account, and fewer unwanted pull requests. https://blog.github.com/2018-04-18-new-tools-for-open-source-maintainers/
