Hard to change your behavior if you don't know what to change. Org. admins can now temp. block disruptive users directly from their comments and can notify the user that they've been given a forced "time out." Can even hide all their comments with a click. https://blog.github.com/changelog/2018-10-11-user-blocking-notifications/
